PaverPro's ONE YEAR Sealer Warranty

PaverPro Restoration & Sealing warrants its sealer applications against defects in workmanship and material failure for a period of one (1) year from the date of application.

Covered defects include:

- Peeling

- Flaking

- Premature coating failure

- Improper curing caused by application error

- Yellowing caused by material failure

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, PaverPro will inspect the affected area and, if determined to be caused by defective workmanship or material failure, repair or reapply the sealer at no charge. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the affected area and does not provide for refunds.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

- Efflorescence (natural white mineral deposits)

- Moisture-related issues caused by poor drainage, irrigation leaks, plumbing leaks, fountains, pools, or high groundwater conditions

- Previous coatings, sealers, or unknown products applied before PaverPro's service

- Damage caused by customer abuse, neglect, misuse, or improper maintenance

- Natural stone surfaces, including slate, flagstone, travertine, and similar materials

- Polymeric sand performance or failure

- Pavers installed over concrete slabs where moisture migration may affect sealer performance

- Acts of nature, including hurricanes, flooding, fire, severe weather, or other natural disasters

- Normal wear and fading due to traffic, weather exposure, or aging

Efflorescence Disclaimer

Efflorescence is a naturally occurring condition in concrete products where mineral deposits rise to the surface and create a white haze or residue. While sealing may help reduce or slow the appearance of efflorescence by limiting moisture penetration, PaverPro does not guarantee that efflorescence will not occur and does not provide warranty coverage for this condition.

Stain Removal Disclaimer

PaverPro utilizes industry-standard cleaning methods and products; however, not all stains can be completely removed. Certain stains—including oil, rust, paint, efflorescence, tannins, and other deep-set contaminants—may permanently penetrate the paver surface. No guarantee is made regarding complete stain removal.

Weed and Insect Disclaimer

Sealer and joint sand are not intended to prevent weed growth, ant activity, insect infestations, or similar conditions. Sealed pavers may help repel chemicals used to treat these conditions, but PaverPro makes no warranty regarding their prevention or control.

Limitation of Liability

The customer acknowledges that sealer performance is dependent upon the condition, age, quality, drainage characteristics, and maintenance of the surface being sealed. PaverPro shall not be liable for slip-and-fall incidents, indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of use, or conditions beyond its control.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and the original installation address.
