PaverPro Restoration & Sealing Warranty Overview

PaverPro® offers a warranty for all its residential application. The warranty covers defects in workmanship or material failure such as cracking, peeling or turning yellow. For one full year (from the date of sealing), all defects due to workmanship and/or material failure will be repaired at no charge.

At PaverPro Restoration & Sealing, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and strive to provide long-lasting results for every customer. To give our customers peace of mind, we offer separate warranties for our paver installations, paver repairs, and sealer applications.

Our warranties are designed to cover defects caused by workmanship or material failure while clearly outlining conditions that fall outside of our control, such as drainage issues, natural disasters, underground utilities, tree roots, and other pre-existing site conditions.

Warranty Programs:

Paver Installation Warranty

Covers defects in workmanship related to new paver installations.

Includes issues resulting from improper installation methods or material placement.

Paver Repair Warranty

Covers defects in workmanship related to paver repair services.

Valid for one (1) year from the completion date of the repair.

Warranty is limited to repair of the affected area and does not include refunds.

Sealer Application Warranty

Covers defects in workmanship and material failure related to sealer application.

Includes issues such as peeling, flaking, or premature coating failure caused by application error or product defect.

Important Information

All warranties are subject to their individual terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations.

Warranty coverage does not apply to conditions caused by:

• Tree roots
• Leaking irrigation or plumbing systems
• Pool or fountain leaks
• Improper drainage
• Ground movement or soil conditions
• Natural disasters or severe weather
• Customer abuse, neglect, or misuse
• Normal wear and tear

Certain services and materials may carry additional exclusions as outlined in the applicable warranty document.

Our Commitment

If a warranty claim is submitted, PaverPro will inspect the affected area and determine whether the issue is covered under the applicable warranty. When a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair the issue in accordance with the terms of the warranty.
