2-Year Installation Warranty

PaverPro Restoration & Sealing warrants its paver installation workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of completion.

This warranty covers defects resulting directly from our workmanship, including but not limited to improper compaction, improper base preparation, improper installation techniques, or other installation-related deficiencies performed by PaverPro. If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, PaverPro will repair the affected area at no cost to the customer.

This warranty does not cover damage, settlement, movement, or failure resulting from conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Leaking or damaged irrigation lines, water lines, sewer lines, drainage systems, or underground utilities

• Soil erosion, washout, sinkholes, or poor underlying soil conditions

• Mole holes, burrowing animals, insects, tree roots, or other natural ground disturbances

• Acts of nature, flooding, hurricanes, tropical storms, excessive rainfall, or other weather-related events

• Vehicle overloading, misuse, abuse, or use beyond the intended design of the installation

• Existing site conditions that were not visible or reasonably discoverable at the time of installation or repair

• Damage caused by third parties, utility contractors, landscapers, pool contractors, or other trades

This warranty applies only to the specific areas installed by PaverPro Restoration & Sealing and is non-transferable.

PaverPro reserves the right to inspect any claimed warranty issue and determine whether the condition is the result of workmanship or an excluded cause. Any repairs required due to excluded causes may be performed by PaverPro at the customer's expense upon approval of a written estimate.

This warranty is limited solely to the repair of defective workmanship and does not include reimbursement for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
