The Paver Sealing Specialist
Pavers are exposed to sun, rain, oil spills, tire marks and the elements every day. Under these conditions, the quality and look of your pavers deteriorate drastically. Sealing your pavers can help protect them from natural elements while providing an asthetically pleasing look! If you need paver sealing services, pick up your phone now and call the professionals at PaverPro Restoration & Sealing today!
Traditionally, pavers were made with natural materials, such as travertine, slate and flagstone. However, most pavers today are made of colored concrete, which by its nature a semi-porous material, susceptible to all kinds of staining and marking. This makes oil, grease, and rust very difficult to remove from unsealed pavers because they are so easily absorbed.
The PaverPro® restoration process prevents the absorption of these stains, while helping to retard the growth of algae, mold and mildew and hardening joint sand. It also helps in preventing weed growth and slows the aging process while making ongoing maintenance of a properly sealed paver surface much easier and far more effective. This is why Paver Pro Jax provides a custom plan of action to not only restore and protect the integrity of the pavers but also make them look beautiful.
A quality commercial grade paver sealer allows pavers to dry quickly after a rainfall and guards against erosion of the surface color or “fading” that occurs over time. It also provides a protective barrier from stains that can penetrate the paver material while enhancing its beauty and making for easier maintenance.
Whether your paver material is concrete, travertine, slate or clay, we will provide a professional expert recommendation on what's best for your hardscape . PaverPro offers a unique one/two-day cleaning and sealing process (weather permitting). The one/two-day process is excellent for busy driveways, walkways, pool decks, patios and high traffic commercial properties.

Learn More About Paver Sanding
- Helps prevent water erosion (stabilizes)
- Protects the integrity of the sub-base from sinking and settling
- Our sealing process hardens sanded joints for low maintenace
Sand sometimes will wash out of the joints between pavers due to heavy rain or wind. It is important to keep the joints filled with sand so that the paver surface remains stable and safe. An unfilled joint can encourage pavers to sink and could be a tripping hazard. If pavers are uneven and sinking, Paver Pro Jax provides paver repair services.

TIPS FOR YOUR SEALING SERVICE:
A little preparation helps us provide the best possible results. Please review these guidelines before your scheduled paver cleaning, sanding, restoration, or sealing service.
Before We Arrive
- Remove furniture, plants, decorations, toys, and other movable items from all areas being serviced.
- Turn off your sprinkler system the day before your scheduled service. Please leave sprinklers off throughout the service and during the sealer curing period. When sanding is included, the pavers must be sufficiently dry for proper joint-sand penetration.
- Move any vehicles you may need out of the garage and away from the paver area before we begin. If your garage door closes directly onto the pavers being sealed, please make arrangements with PaverPro ahead of time so the area remains accessible.
Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance
- Please do not schedule landscapers or other exterior maintenance services on the day of sealing or within 48 hours after sealer application.
- Equipment should not be driven over newly sealed pavers during the curing period. Once traffic resumes, riding equipment should avoid tight turns on sealed pavers, which can cause tire marks.
Pool Areas
- Please do not schedule pool maintenance on the day of sealing or during the first 48 hours after application. Regular pool maintenance can resume after this period.
- Paver cleaning, stripping, repairs, and sanding around a pool can create significant debris. Although we take care to minimize material entering the pool, some sand or debris may be unavoidable. Please plan to have the pool skimmed or vacuumed following restoration work.
- If debris enters the pool, vacuum or skim the pool before running it through the filtration system whenever appropriate for your pool equipment.
- When a pool deck is sealed, the pool water may occasionally appear slightly cloudy from the sealing process. This should dissipate, generally within approximately 48 hours. Once any sealer residue has dissipated and the pool is otherwise safe for normal use, swimming may resume.
After Your Pavers Are Sealed
- Foot traffic: Wait approximately 4–6 hours after cleaning and sealing are complete.
- Furniture and decorations: Wait a minimum of 48 hours before replacing furniture, plants, or decorative items.
- Vehicles and lawn equipment: Allow approximately 48–72 hours before driving or operating lawn-maintenance equipment on the sealed surface. Avoid tight turns, hard braking, or sudden stops that may leave tire marks.
Rain After Sealing
Our sealer may be applied to appropriately damp pavers depending on conditions, but it needs time to properly bond to the surface.
If rain occurs within approximately one hour after sealing, please contact PaverPro. Once the curing period has passed, we can determine whether an inspection is necessary.
Important Information About Joint Sand
When full sanding is included, some joints or edges may not retain sand because of underlying washout, settling, unusually narrow joints, or other conditions outside PaverPro's control.
When full sanding is included in the contract, PaverPro will provide one complimentary return sanding if qualifying sand loss affects 25% or more of the total serviced square footage, with the sand level approximately ½ inch or more below the paver chamfer.
Additional sanding or sealer outside these conditions may incur an additional charge.
If full sanding is requested but was not included in the original estimate, additional charges will apply.
