PaverPro Restoration & Sealing warrants qualifying paver repairs against defects resulting directly from poor, partial, or improper workmanship performed by PaverPro employees for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion.

To qualify for warranty coverage, the repaired area and its adjoining hardscape must be sanded (if applicable) and sealed by PaverPro upon completion of the repair. Proper sanding and sealing help minimize water intrusion and erosion by promoting proper water runoff and reducing the likelihood of washout beneath the repaired area.

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period as a direct result of PaverPro's workmanship, PaverPro will repair the affected area at no charge.

This warranty applies only to the specific areas repaired by PaverPro and does not extend to surrounding areas that were not included in the repair scope.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover movement, settlement, washout, sinking, heaving, separation, or damage resulting from conditions beyond PaverPro's control, including but not limited to:

• Fires, hurricanes, tropical storms, flooding, excessive rainfall, or other severe weather events

• Tree roots, vegetation, or other natural ground disturbances

• Mole holes, burrowing animals, insects, or other underground activity

• Poorly draining soil conditions, high water tables, retention ponds, waterways, drainage systems, or other site conditions that contribute to excessive moisture, erosion, or sub-base instability

• Leaking irrigation systems, plumbing lines, fountains, pools, spas, underground utilities, or any other water source

• Existing underground conditions that were not visible or reasonably discoverable at the time of repair

• Customer neglect, misuse, abuse, or failure to maintain the repaired area

• Heavy objects, equipment, trailers, dumpsters, or vehicles placed on repaired pavers before the repair has fully cured (typically within 48 hours of completion)

• Damage caused by third parties, utility work, landscaping activities, pool contractors, construction work, or other alterations performed after the repair

• Repairs, modifications, or alterations performed by anyone other than PaverPro

Warranty coverage is void if the repaired area is altered, removed, disturbed, or repaired by others after completion of PaverPro's work.

Warranty Remedy

PaverPro's sole obligation under this warranty is to repair defects in workmanship. This warranty does not provide for refunds, credits, reimbursement, replacement of unaffected areas, or compensation of any kind. PaverPro reserves the right to inspect and repair any warrantable condition before any other remedy is considered.

Underlying Conditions

PaverPro's repair warranty covers workmanship only and does not guarantee against recurring failures caused by underlying site conditions beyond our control. If a repaired area experiences repeated movement, settling, washout, sinking, or failure due to an underlying condition such as a leaking irrigation line, plumbing leak, drainage issue, high water table, poor soil conditions, root intrusion, animal activity, or any other excluded cause, the customer may be responsible for correcting the underlying issue before additional repairs can be performed.

If PaverPro determines that an underlying condition is contributing to the recurring failure of a repaired area, warranty coverage may be denied until the underlying condition has been corrected. Any subsequent repairs required as a result of an unresolved underlying condition shall be considered billable work and performed only upon approval of a written estimate.

PaverPro reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims and determine whether the condition is the result of defective workmanship or an excluded cause.

This warranty is limited solely to the repair of defective workmanship and does not include reimbursement for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or related damages.
