PAVERPRO REPAIR WARRANTY
Paverpro warranties most installations and repairs that are made due to faulty or impartial workmanship, if paverpro sands (if applicable) and seals the repaired area and its entire adjoining hardscape after repairs are complete.
sanding (if applicable) and sealing is required for this warranty to be active as sanded and/or sealed pavers allow for water to run-off hardscapes and because of this preventative maintenance, paver subbase and/or base is less likely to erode or "wash-out".
Once hardscapes containing an area repaired by paverpro are sanded and sealed by paverpro they are warrantied due to poor/partial/or incorrect workmanship by paverpro employees.
PaverPro repair warranty DOES NOT COVER REPAIRS THAT ARE DISRUPTED DUE TO THE FOLLOWING:
- nATURAL CAUSES AND/OR DISASTERS:
- IE. FIRES, HURRICANES, OR OTHER EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS
- tREE ROOTS
- CUSTOMERS IN AREAS WITH A POORLY DRAINING SUBSTRATUM DUE TO SURROUNDING WATERWAYS, DRAINIAGE SYSTEMS, RETENTIONS PONDS, ETC.
- CUSTOMER NEGLECT:
- PLACING HEAVY OBJECTS OR DRIVING VEHCILES OVER RECENTLY REPAIRED PAVERS STILL IN PROCESS OF CURING (TYPICALLY WITHIN 48 HOURS OF REPAIR)
- LEAKING IRRIGATION OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
- LEAKING FOUNTAINS OR POOLS
